We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, Faced.Shop is not able to accept returns if your product is free from product defect, or manufacturing error. However, If there is a defect in your purchase so please contact us here and we will be happy to replace it with a new one.

In an effort to offer the best service to our customers, orders are sent directly to production immediately after they are processed online. By offering faster production times to our customers, unfortunately means that we are not able to accept changes to orders once they are placed. PLEASE be sure and verify spelling and your image. Please contact us here before placing your order if you have any questions.


Since we create art and make your product custom for you, we take longer than ordering a pre-made product off-the-shelf.

Our goal is to produce and ship your product within 5 business days. However, events happen that may delay your order, so please allow 10 business days.

We ship via USPS and we ship from St. Louis Missouri, and can reach most of the country in 3 days from shipping. You will be sent a tracking number when the product ships so you will be able to determine its arrival time.

Soon we hope to offer a "rush" order service, and will detail the prices here at that time.
